Paul Nowak (born 1972) is a British trade union official. Born in Bebington on the Wirral, Nowak started work at Asda at the age of seventeen, and immediately joined a union. He became Vice President of the Wirral Trades Union Council at the age of nineteen - the youngest person ever to hold the post.
